Nice experience so far with work as well as with the company culture.

Review from Engineering Dept
Everything so far is great!
Review from Engineering Dept
The workload is not balanced. Not everyone is qualified for all the tasks in their positions (like training/teaching). Upper management does not seem interested in our job satisfaction.
Review from Engineering Dept
The executive team and HR are more concerned with PR (e.g., purchasing awards like this one) than resolving actual issues, like disparity in pay and benefits, offering telework options, addressing the nepotism, etc.
Review from Engineering Dept
Paid leaves and in hand salary
Review from Engineering Dept
Health and dental coverages are by far the best compensation
Review from Engineering Dept
HSA account which is not covered otherwise
Review from Engineering Dept
I like everything about my compensation package!
Review from Engineering Dept
They always go by the market research and provide the best
Review from Engineering Dept
As compared with the recent market and based on the tight deadline projects and the work, I believe compensation is less than the market.
Review from Engineering Dept
Increase in Pay and some good benefits.
Review from Engineering Dept
Increase in salary and more employee friendly leave policy.
Review from Engineering Dept
KUBRA is still below market value for salaries.
Review from Engineering Dept
Many new employees are full time remote, while existing employees are being forced to work from the office. This disparity has caused many people to leave, and more are searching for a replacement job at this time.
Review from Engineering Dept
Good Collaboration, understanding and provide support whenever required
Review from Engineering Dept
Collaborative and supportive. Always there when you need them.
Review from Engineering Dept
Support and guidance when I need to understand any KUBRA Products
Review from Engineering Dept
The entire team cares about our products and clients!
Review from Engineering Dept
Motivating and share knowledge whenever in doubt.
Review from Engineering Dept
Some co-workers do not know how to work well with others and could improve in kindness, patience, being understanding.
Review from Engineering Dept
KUBRA hires the cheapest candidates they can find -- typically desperate candidates who require employment for their visas -- who lack the experience, skills, or talent necessary for the job positions they fill. The company just commenced outsourcing American and Canadian jobs to India.
Review from Engineering Dept
Coworkers focus on (and are rewarded for) producing quantity over quality, resulting in low-quality software that is poorly engineered and just plain doesn't work.
Review from Engineering Dept
Diversity and senior management active involvement
Review from Engineering Dept
Supportive and share knowledge with co-workers
Review from Engineering Dept
No Micromanagement and understanding work-life balance
Review from Engineering Dept
Everyone is willing to help everyone else.
Review from Engineering Dept
Employee engagement activities and Every other person is always happy to know each other and be friends.
Review from Engineering Dept
There is a failure by the company to recognize employees as their most valuable asset, and treat them accordingly. The company needs to stop exhibiting reckless disregard for human health and safety, e.g., with respect to keeping people safe from COVID-19.
Review from Engineering Dept
KUBRA exhibits huge favoritism, special treatment, and rewards to a privileged few. HR is incompetent (can't manage basic tasks like payroll), instead focusing on secondary, useless tasks, like competing for 3rd party awards or planning social events. Company doesn't care about employees.
Review from Engineering Dept
The casual conversation with the interviewers and interviewees.
Review from Engineering Dept
Interactive questions with good technical construction
Review from Engineering Dept
Take home assessments and online screenings
Review from Engineering Dept
The interview didn't take multiple days or even multiple hours. The interviewers asked questions relevant to the job role and did not waste time testing how well you can memorize algorithms.
Review from Engineering Dept
I liked the use of a timed coding problem that was relatively free-form (not requiring programming within hard-to-use applications). Good interactions with the team during in-person interviews.
Review from Engineering Dept
Focus should be shifted from hiring the cheapest candidates to hiring the right candidates. The bottom-of-the-barrel candidates who do accept the low ball offers frequently leave, sometimes within weeks, not having the skills for the job and receiving a better offer elsewhere.
Review from Engineering Dept
Eliminate the nepotism/favoritism. Some people have been hired without being subjected to the full, normal hiring process (e.g., bypassing interviews, only interviewing a single candidate and not considering others, etc.).
Review from Engineering Dept
Positive environment and quality work
Review from Engineering Dept
Good working environment and positive thinking about the work

Review from Engineering Dept
Getting to work for a great company and great team members.
Review from Engineering Dept
work in peace, have a snack when hungry, catch-up on some activities during lunch.
Review from Engineering Dept
A good start would be to treat employees with basic dignity and respect.
Review from Engineering Dept
Open office floor plan makes it impossible to accomplish work during work hours. Company's telework policy only allows employees to work remotely once or twice a month, and only under extenuating circumstances. Company puts profit before its own people.
Review from Engineering Dept
The company supports building the right product for our customers and not cutting corners just for speed or profit.
Review from Engineering Dept
There are still quite a few managers either more interested in making something not their problem or quoting the former-CTO as the reason they're running things a certain way.
