What do you like best about the leadership team?
LHP is truly a culture of caring and mentorship. Our CEO David Glass is truly insterested in and cares for all LHP employees. Every six weeks he holds a small group lunch with new hires to give them his vision directly and hear their goals. Truly a CEO who listens and cares.

It is a fair compensation package.

What are some of the best things about your team?
LHP holds quarterly Pulse meetings and goes to as many sites as possible to inform our employees where the company is going.

LHP is truly a company that cares. Whether is be a sick child, a fire where our employee loses everything, LHP jumps in and helps.
