It is competitive with the market and has room for growth.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
LHP definitely offers competitive compensation packages, but the commission structure is a bit lackluster, or non-existent. A great incentive to employees, would be a bonus structure, or some incentive to make a few extra dollars at the end of the day.

What are some of the best things about your team?
BEST TEAM TO WORK WITH! Each individual has their own personality and adds to the dimensions of a well oiled team! Each one is dedicated, caring, empathetic, motivated and just a riot to be around!

The culture is family oriented and the environment is positive.

LHP has a very entrepreneurial culture as they are a growing company. It has the most positive and energetic culture of any company I have ever worked for.

For the most part the environment is positive, inviting and comfortable. But there are those rare occasions that certain individuals can make things a bit uncomfortable, or negative. However, I believe that is everywhere, and there is no where else I would rather be!
