What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment is not very helpful from tge higher ups.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Interview process was very good.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No benefits are provided for 1099 employee but at least offer some discounts.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

We shoukd have full access to zoom for any meetings we want to have with our coworkers

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Better training with more role plays with people who know what they are doing and can help and guide us.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership needs to be more helpful when agents ask questions while on a call stop getting upset at agents for asking questions
