What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Working from home allows me to have a flexible schedule and be in pajamas.

What did you like most about the interview process?

There's no interview, you just take a course on the computer and past the test.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We as a teamwork tried to hep each other out whenever there is not a leader in the chat room.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The amount of callers that claim that PPL is holding their check, I believe this can improved by educating people about how the system works and letting them know that is not PPL holding the money is their Service coordinator approving the hours and PPL has no contacted with them.
