All leadership at Liveops treats all employees from the most tenured to the newest to the company with respect and equality.
The team I work with is always helping one another and motivate each other, there is no envy or selfish competition. We work together in all we do.
Most often interviews are more casual in nature, putting the interviewee at ease, internal interviews especially are more laid back, and regardless of the outcome the interviewer will still provide amazing feedback and growth tips moving forward.
We value being open-minded, asking questions. I love this because we are not expected to sit down and accept what is written in a year-old handbook, we are allowed to ask questions, offer new suggestions, and everyone is always seeking ways to improve others lives.
I feel valued day-to-day but not when in reference to growth opportunities. Depending on the department growth is dependent on who you interact with not on job performance. Growth and promotions should be based on ability, attitude, compentancy, not who is seen the most chatting in Slack.
When I am able to complete a project and see the end results that those results positively impacted a client or agent. When an agent has indicated that what I have done truly helped them and that the extra time changed their life, or helped them, their family, etc., the best feeling possible.
