McDonald's Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

cook the food and clean up

I got 10 minute breaks to eat food and listen to a few songs before i gotta get active work going.

that im able to work long hours during weekends and holidays

Everything is well thought for us in mind.

The perks from different retailers.

Gift hampers were very useful

Compensation is not exactly the best but fair i suppose.

Review from Sales Dept

401k match I love that for us.

The grant from the manager

The college benefits, and opportunities to higher

From the stomachs perspective probably the synthesized flavor.

Review from Customer Success Dept

the fact that we get a good private pension and health care

The insurance I have through the company

You get health insurance for cheap

The chance to further my education.

401k. Matched and. Being able to select

Dont got one to be honest

Everything else is amazing just the general manager akita need to go back down as a crew member or take more training

40 hours a year of pto

Pay there. Every one fair to each other

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued becuase they praise that they pay well and offer benefits. But the truth is that you need to be employed for at least a year to recieve said benefits and they only pay "based on experience" or a few dollars above minimum wage.

I've been working there for a year and i get brushed by the managers. Nothing makes me want to stay at that job

yes I feel undervalued anytime I have a problem they don't care about what I say if they don't like what anyone say they take days from you and don't tell you why they keeping shorting my days

Review from Customer Support Dept

Better insurance and the option for a 401k

Review from Admin Dept

Because they do not appreciate me

Review from Admin Dept

Yes i do feel undervalued but i just want my letter that states i dont work there anymore

They treat me badly, laughing at me and doing bad behavior by favoring them not good workers which they favor less even years of being there.

No raise the manager doesn't give anyone credit for their hard work. It's an abusive environment with no respect

yea undervalued is an understatement

We are over worked by them by only focusing in labor and nothing else

I want my hours back

have been working at the Mcdonalds in Dry Ridge ky for over 6 months I love working here but lately all of our paychecks have been late pr short they say they are working on it but it just keeps getting worst

$15 an hour and better treatment

PTO so we can be stable if unexpected situations occur.

I dont get paid on time and was never informed

How they treat employees and make them feel

My hours have not been accounted for

To actually tecieve an evaluatuon after working over 2 years i have never recieved one. Managers come and go and seem under qualified

Review from Sales Dept

Minimum wages at other fast food places is at lwade 15-16 a hour.

Two of the managers are always on my butt when I'm putting in good work and get good feedback from customers general Because she retaliates She will make my days go from 5 to 3 If I tell her, I need days off because of certain things with my daughter who has mental issues she gets mad
