Micron talks about caring for its employees, but it is insisting employees work onsite even though they work in jobs that could easily and effectively be done from home.

I can get much more stock compensation at other companies, although my bonus and base pay seem to be within the right range.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I get to work with smart people, and they are all smarter than me. There is no drama whatsoever. We are just a small team trying to create a good open-source project.

It was a very long time ago but fair and concise.

I went through 5 interviews and each one was different. Only 2 were Leetcode style problems, but they were very easy. Felt very conversational, and didn't feel the dread of other FAANG-type interviews.
