the company as a whole seems amazing and always positive, when the big people come in just positive, I just wish my area and management reacted the same way.

I feel like the people who show up daily are punished for it cause maybe others take advantage. I dont see how we started off with unlimited time off then its taken away half way thru year when you know others call out often on your team. Also be nice to have some options at time to work from home

THE COMPANY SEEMS VERY POSITIVE BUT THE ACTIONS OF MY MANAGER AND TEAM LEAD SHOW DIFFERENT. ALSO YOU OFFER UNLIMITED VACA AND THEN TAKE IT AWAY HALF WAY THRU YEAR NOT GOOD WORK/LIFE BALANCE. I FEEL LIKE THIS WAS TAKEN AWAY BY PEOPLE WHO DONT COME TO WORK ON MY TEAM AND NEVER SEEM TO GET PUNISHED.

the company seems legit and cares bout work life balance but things are always changing about the rules of time being off. Benefits are great. Would be nice if they add weight loss to our insurance would benefit many and makes us healthier as a company

my coworkers, the environment here can be fun at times but sometimes there are some Debbie downers when exciting things happening

communicating, and just treating people with respect. Vacation time says unlimited now we have had that taken away in middle of year.

pay needs increased we do a lot of manual work on system also health benefits need better options for people that need better care

alot of mind work and digging into things at time being on phone with court houses and that. Makes me feel like I could use more compensation

I really dont know much about the leader ship team. Honestly I do know when Tom is here he makes sure he stops by everyones desk and say Hi.

I just what feel like what I do compare to someone who is a lead on team does is no comparison and I dont understand why we have leads if they do not invest in the harder work.

when you are completing and taken care of more than the whole team is. Especially when someone is on vacation we should have team work to get the work completed and instead only certain people work in completed when they are on vacation
