Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I enjoy my department and those in it. There is not a lot of inter-department mingling. We're short staffed but executives keep travelling and they're not impacted.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My direct leadership team is supportive.

Successful files/results. Quick turnaround times.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The culture my department has cultivated together is by far the best in the building.

The culture club has made an impact by being involved with the staff and creating a team environment.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My immediate supervisor is an advocate for my team. They listen, care, take feedback/give feedback, and ensure my team is happy and able to do their work effectively.

What are some of the best things about your team?

There are some great rock stars on my team who are able to out perform me. And there a a few on the other end of the spectrum who could use some 1 on 1 time for development.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Merit increases and the bonus structure should be revisited. Once a year base pay raises are outdated and any future pay increases should be at minimum matching the inflation rate. Bonus structure should not be based on the Sales Team for other departments who have no had in that workload.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

No overtime allowed, even when there is work to be done/we're behind on files in protection. Bonus structure is not good and bonus payouts are always something we have to chase to get information about. Raises are sad and were not even 1/2 of inflation last year. Nothing is done to RETAIN employees
