Although I wish I didn't have to work to live, the environment here is great. Coworkers make you feel welcome, and the work is not incredibly difficult. I enjoy being able to work here where the people make you feel like you belong here.

The workload fluctuates a lot. Some days are slow and others are super busy, depending on the time of year. The people here are wonderful. They make it easy to ask questions when you do not know what to do. I hope I get to be a part of this company for a long time, if not the rest of my career.

I feel appreciated by them for the work I do. When I am doing something wrong or not the most proficient way, they will let me know how to be better instead of negatively criticizing me.

They are interactive, and they care about what we think about with the company. We had a meeting the other day just to talk about what we liked and didn't like about the way things worked just so we could better ourselves as a company.
