The flexibility to be a human and have a life and family outside the working environment

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

With the reorganization there was not a compensation increase that was given due to job change, and this was missed opportunity to retain employees.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are thinking critically to get us to the next level of the business. They are intentional about learning the business as a whole and all the move part that make us move as a whole. I'm impressed with the shifts that have taken place recently.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The team culture that we have is incredible. We all work well together and help each other get our jobs done and help make our customer experience unlike any other. We strive for productivity but also relational deposits into our customs so they keep coming back again and again.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Our team dives deep into customer success, retention, and education. With only our hourly salary and a kick back from sales on referrals. It would be great to have more incentive to dive deep with customers and their accounts. Maybe this just looks like a raise but anything would be great!
