I started back in 2004. There was a rough period when we were acquired by Active Network. I started looking for another job and Ministry Brands saved the day. I love my job. It is challenging and also allows me to use my experience to help the company improve.

What makes you most happy at work?
My co workers and my customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They haven't been making short term decisions that create long term problems. I.E. putting short term revenue goals ahead of a long term sustainable growth solutions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all rowing in the same direction. We can laugh and joke with each other but also take the job very seriously. They are my friends and family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even for a company as large as we are it remains a Christian company with Christian values. Not to say someone that is another religion would feel uncomfortable working here but rater we understand our customers because we are a part of our customer base.
