Overall easy job/work. Decent coworkers & management. Poor compensation & ability to advance. Good PTO & Sick policies. Decent communication between management and employees. Little to no team building/activites together. Decent rules; flexibe hours, OT, relaxed work attire.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hearing employee concerns and suggestions. Allowing room for change and improvement. Not taking the cheap way out of things. Creating a better work enviroment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The semi open communication we have with eachother. Some are closer than others but everyone is open to conversation and questions. Fairly friendly and overall good company to be around 8 hours in the day.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Compensation. More opportunities to work from home to break up the same day to day schedule. More work-friend related activites to get to know one another and relax off the clock. Better opportunities to succeed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid accordingly. New employees are making almost as much as someone thats been here for years is making. More opportunities to get raises based on performance. I feel undervalued due to the extreme hard work our team puts into the product to not get compensated back or recognition.
