What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Same as the team question. We are bonded in this environment that we believe is unfair at the moment. The biggest issues have been communication and pay. We all feel the same way and try to lift each other up

What are some of the best things about your team?

One of the only things that keeps me going is the team. Moral has been down a very long time, but as a team we are strong in spite of the environment. We all are friends with each other and constantly love to help each other out

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We're seemed as the lowest tier of the company, that we do not receive any recognition. We're not heard or even considered. This is our perception The pay of the workload we do in the economy of Tampa is seemed as unfair. Most workers must work a second job

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Constantly getting taking advantage of for my knowledge of the subject matter, being pulled in lots of different directions, again because of my knowledge, the workload that not only me but me team do Tampa office needs to have better compensation asap or people will start quitting because of pay
