What makes you most happy at work?

Having quick calls to encourage or check in with coworkers.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The ability and encouragement to communicate with other departments and roles is great.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The direct team I work with. We've built a culture of support and education for ourselves.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The open dialogue and willingness to help each other succeed is amazing. There is a true sense of comradery.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My manager provides a positive attitude and fights for us. This gives an environment in which the team feels able to grow and learn.

What makes you most happy at work?

Getting to have strong engagement with clients. I get to provide solutions to issues and get to know the client and their organization well.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The ability to earn a commission rate is great, but could be improved by removing earning caps, and incentivizing continued hard work through the end of the month.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Our team truly wants each other to win. Knowledge is not horded or kept as a trade secret. Anytime someone stumbles across a valuable practice it is shared.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The many changes taking place lead to a sense of confusion and constant redirection. Having processes and products finalized before moving into the sales process would be great.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The onboarding experience is lackluster at best. There is no leadership map or way to decipher who to direct questions to when dealing with the myriad of brands we support.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

While more of a benefit than a compensation, the ability to take time off is very flexible. This helps parents support their families and deal with the most important aspects of life.

What are some of the best things about your team?

There is mutual respect and support within our direct team. Because of the low level of training and onboarding, much of learning how to carry out the tasks of our job falls to team members.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Quotas and commission rates haven't changed while product preference has. Smaller deals take much more time to get to quota and the processes related to post-sale make it difficult to have enough time for outreach.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership with Ministry Brands supports and encourages me to work hard, and gives me the tools to meet my goals. They support me as a person and allow me to share my career goals openly.
