overall very happy here, some of the meetings are more like shareholder meetings than employee meetings, time wasters, some of the decisions handed on don't reflect reality

It's sensible. Some companies and managers do ridiculous things. It's really delightful to work here.

We really do support each other, share information and cover for each other when out. It's a fantastic team. Couldn't be better.
