It's been good. It's becoming more impersonal and that is hard as we become more corporate. But they have been good to me and help me with the work /life balance.

We can pray together and we all truly care about eachother.

they are approachable and transparent when they can be. I like working with them.

I love helping people and the people I get to work with make me happy. coworkers and customers.

We like each other and have worked together for a long time. I can trust them and they are always willing to jump in if I need help.

We have each other's back and help each other when needed. I know my team will fill in if I need help. We each have different strengths that we can leverage as needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have not gotten a raise in years. The raise we have gotten has not kept up with inflation. IN my position I know I am underpaid by about 15K or more for my area.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think they have a great direction and plan to get there. I see them functioning as a team, together to reach the goal of one brand. I feel like we are finally moving in a good direction together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We do have Christian values and are allowed to share them. We have a prayer meeting each week for those that want to attend. When you have a personal prayer need and express it the company will support you, encourage you, and pray with and for you. that to me is huge.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have not gotten a fair raise in years. It has not kept up with inflation or my qualifications and performance. I go over and above and get a 2.5% raise it's a joke. For my skillset and licensing, I am worth at least 10k-20k more than I am paid. I guess I am the idiot who stays.
