
My current experience is that I feel overwhelmed with the workload and don't see an end in sight. I'm frustrated specifically with Amplify and the poor user experience given the pretty significant bugs that exist. Thankfully I get great joy in trying to provide a positive user experience.

Clear, concise communication that involves a good representation of leadership. I also like the personal element of recognizing employees for years of service, etc.
I appreciate that they are working hard and have the company's best interest in mind but feel like they are unaware of the frustration of the employees.
