The most positive aspect about this job is getting to work remotely.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Co-workers are bottom dwellers. Horrible! I've done everything possible. We just don't talk. It's better that way.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The team here is so bad. I think if the executive team could see what is happening they would clean house. It is really bad. Very toxic
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership must remain connected to the original purpose of the company's existence. We need to take to the market the best products/services and provide the best customer service to our churches/nonprofits. I know we need to make money but not at the cost of losing our values and ultimate purpos
