Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Other SaaS companies pay better for the same job, and health insurance benefits are bad. My voice isn't heard in the company.

I am underpaid in the market, and the benefits are only so-so, but I am still expected to do more work each week.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'm underpaid for my job in the field, and the benefits do not outweigh the lack of pay. My team is also consistently understaffed.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Teams are mismanaged, understaffed, and underpaid. Initiatives set forth by other teams aren't communicated, and we are often left unequipped to do our jobs

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to get better at retaining employees. When employees have bad experiences without compensation with more work piled on, they don't want to do a good job.
