I am blessed that I get to work with ministry partners as our clients and help them improve their donation management tools.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The economy has a lot to do with the way I feel . With inflation as high as it is, even if we earn a raise the additional income does not come close to keeping up with the inflation and other economic factors we are all facing today.
