Their drive to identify weaknesses in the business as we look toward future consolidation. Their understanding of a need to change how things have been done, and their trust in leadership roles to make change happen.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're moving forward toward Unity, which should have happened for some time. I hope we can all continue to rally and be excited for a culture shift, making is stronger, and increasing our market presence with positivity behind our brand.
