It's been good. I have daily tasks to do every day and I'm not micromanaged.

I enjoy working at MB. I enjoy working remotely. I do wish we had the day after Thanksgiving off to be able to spend more time with family.

Being able to help customers and co-workers.

Resolving accounts with the customer. Clearing up an account is very satisfying

It is easy to notate the time off when needed and get approval.

Not being micromanaged. My manager always makes herself available to questions we have.

we collaborate on how we organize and manage our time on how to achieve our goals

Fair pay comparable to other companies. Able to take needed time off especially when grieving loved ones.

It's good to have a 401K and health benefits. I think the compensation is comparable to other companies

being ablet to work from home gives a little more flexibility, but probably work more during the day do to little interruptions

it's nice to work from home, saving money on gas and food. If we have questions my manager always makes time to answer them.

It's hard to say as we are all have different Brands we work with and can't really compare. But I think they are nice people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The townhalls are good at informing us on the company and the direction it is going. Finance Dept meetings let us know we want to be heard.
