That our leadership teams works hard to make sure we have the most affordable options available to us.

Time off is great. I am SO glad they allow us OT to make up for the support incentive they discontinued however, I am very disappointed that I have to work extra hours to achieve the same pay rate I did with the incentive. I hope that made sense.
