It's been challenging with several projects going on at the same time; but my team and I are doing the best we can to make sure that deliverables and expectations are met.

It was always and still is very busy since I joined the Company. We went from being carved out of MB to changing ERPs to turnovers of managers and CEO. The Company direction is very unclear for me at this moment.

That it's comparable with other companies.

The initiatives to make positive changes in the company.

teamwork, collaboration and open communication.

Most people are kind and easy to talk to

Being able to contribute and be part of accomplishments.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Increase their level of commitment to delivering results on time.

There are people that are willing to help and answer questions.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communicating projects before they start. Planning and setting up realistic expectations.

Being able to do something productive and helpful in meeting my Team's objectives.

There is really nothing above and beyond what other companies offer so I'm neutral

open communication and collaboration. Everyone is willing to help answer questions and resolve issues.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being part of small and big accomplishments like completion of projects and audits or successful month end close.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication within the Company. Every Team should know the role they play in achieving the goals of the Company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There's no bonus nor merit increase. We can get an exceeds performance rate from the performance evaluation and it doesn't matter.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

There are requests that they can pull themselves and questions that they can research the answers on but their first resort is sending the request and questions to accounting
