Overall, the company needs to pay wages competitive with the market. Historically, we have always underpaid.

The leadership team has gone through several changes that are positioning the company for a better future.

I am paid roughly 30% less than what I should be making while having to do the work of multiple people.

The team is extremely supportive and cares about each other's growth. It is the best team I have worked with in my entire career.
