It's been a wonderful company to work for. I do like that we can work remotely from home, cuts on the sick days.

My Merritt increases has not matched the increase in expenses.

I like to be trusted to do my job and feel like i matter

Working from home, having my personal office instead of cubicle. Also, i like what i do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Last two years i received 0.25 cents as a raise. This year so far nothing. Cost of living constantly goes up but not the pay. I get response that there are no funds for AP.
