It's been good. When I was hired, June 2020, one of the main selling points for the job was unlimited PTO. That's been taken away, but in a sneaky way. There's no official limit, but our managers were told to stop us a 4 weeks. Seems like a way to get out of paying unused PTO when you leave the job.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Annual raises did not keep up with inflation the last few years. That's making me feel more and more behind. Seems like the only way to make my financial situation for my family better is to take a second job or find a new job.
