I enjoy working for my brand specifically, and am coping with the struggles of combining teams, brands, and processes. I am concerned with the rollout of the new product EasyTithe Pro and waste of resources going into it.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
The people I work with make it worth staying. I knew I would be taking a pay cut coming into this position, and we try to make the best of it for our customers.

Try to keep employees informed.

Knowing the work I do has a real impact on customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My position is majorly underpaid compared to averages for my city/industry.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Majority are easy to work with, collaborate with, and get along with.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like what I do that that I can help our customers work better with our product.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't really know them or interact with them, but they seem to be doing a fine job!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works well together independent of our manager, we collaborate well, delegate to each other without pause, and communicate well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The idea of raises and financial compensation for good performance reviews was heavily implied when I interviewed, and that has not been the case.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We create our own culture and fun for employees due to most of the staff being remote. This helps to keep long-distance employees engaged and interacting.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture team (set up independently within the brands, not part of Ministry Brands) thinks of fun activities to keep us motivated and connected even though we're all virtual and don't work together in an office
