I don't feel undervalued, but my pay is low compared to what I am tasked to complete, and the market compensation average.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a great team composed of great people. We all work together to achieve one goal. Also, we have unlimited PTO, which enables us to have time for our families.
