That is hard to explain. I have been challenged, and allowed to work on projects that I like , and that help move our product forward.

I've been on several different teams, and they were all enjoyable to work on. The management team was always interested in listening to me, and we were able to get good work done, and make the customers happy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworkers and our old Vice President.

They are invested in our opinions.

The payscale. I don't use the benefits.

Writing code that is good.

I don't really know much about the leadership team, I'm pretty far removed.

They work together, they are good at what they do, they collaborate and solve problems together.

the communication, the willingness to help, the comraderie, and they are are pretty darn funny too.

People leave me alone and let me get the work done, that needs to be done.
