I am on board with the vision and love what I do but frustrated with the roadblocks getting there but then it all of a sudden goes from zero to 60.

The flexibility and support of our work/life balance.

Fierce loyalty to each other and source of encouragement

I don't feel undervalued, I just get the impression the company can't afford more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the flexibility of time off and work schedule, as well as my team and boss
What makes you most happy at work?
Less admin and internal meetings and more time making my clients lives easier and the program successful for them. Love my clients!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
slowing the pace - it feels fast and furious which causes missed communications, frustration at always playing catch-up and doing damage control with clients
What makes you most happy at work?
It's all about relationship. The relationship I have with my team and with clients. I especially enjoy working through problems and finding solutions for my clients.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my immediate team but disappointed with those outside my team. Our team truly works together to support each other in supporting our churches. We are like family.
