Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

As the company strives to improve quarterly earnings, the culture and community of the workers that make the company run are getting neglected. Not enough investment appears to be being made into maintaining levels of quality for products.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

As the main corporate brand has taken over all the smaller brands, we lose our overall identity a little more each time.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We actually care about being a team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I cannot accurately make something up for this response.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Paying attention to the workers doing the actual work.

What makes you most happy at work?

The flexibility of the job to work around personal needs with family.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We work together and get along well. It's a good group of people.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

There is an open effort to improve things people have complained about. I believe it is sincere.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We try and keep each other encouraged despite what we don't like in the company at large.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There are problems that don't get addressed because changes deemed important take priority over fixing longstanding problems.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The changes are positive. It feels like we're on the upswing of things that sent several people out the door.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It's hard to say anymore with everyone working remotely. We do at least make efforts to meet frequently and use the camera on our computer to see people's faces and reactions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

When compared to national averages, I don't even hit the bottom of the bell curve for compensation and benefits. This is a company problem and not any particular person. The company as a whole is signaling the workers don't matter with this type of pay scheme.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

This compares with a longstanding issue. Every person that left in the last two years went on to a job making more money with less stress, and less responsibilities. This defines overworked and underpaid. I'm here for loyalty reasons, but it's hard to ignore more money elsewhere.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If we're given a job title, we should feel proud and when we visit a website like Salary.com or Glassdoor.com we should see how we compare to others with similar job titles and responsibilities. Not being able to feel you meet national standards of pay averages is demoralizing.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Work transfer is many areas is still incomplete. Certain products in the wheelhouse of options are under-supported or not supported at all. Interactions with customers still using those products is strained. There's so much focus on where we want to be, where we're coming from is getting forgotten.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Make job compensations match what the job titles are recognized as on sites like Glassdoor.com and Salary.com. It's one thing to be at the bottom of the bell curve, and it's another entirely to not even register on the national average for job compensation for the job title you have.
