This company has provided a track for me to advance fairly quickly in the time I have been here. I do wish that leadership took in account what we on the frontlines deal with and certain suggestions to make the environment better. Corporate comes into town & rarely acknowledges us when they're here.

Consideration of each others work. We communicate and have a good while working together.

Being able to teach my colleagues and lead them in a way that best fits them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager is a very real person. She is transparent and understand. She keeps open communication. She creates a culture that is comfortable and instills confidence.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was promoted to a team lead position and increased pay pretty well. My pay was based on the fact that another colleague also requested a team lead position. She then departed from the company. I have quite a bit of responsibility and have done this position with no co lead for quite some time.
