As a employee overall I am happy, but need more opportunities for advance to higher positions( like managers etc) which is non existent at the moment
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Respectful, working with nice people, diverse environment, just promotions for lower level staff are very slow or not happening. Will be nice if our Higher Management knows their people better.

I am not sure, I think we need to have more fun.

Resolution to the issue, seeing client go live and enjoy our products

Hard to say, because we are all remote, but I think it is the willingness of people to help you if you need.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
More frequent Communication regarding changes in Company, many people are scared for jobs, lot of unknown in front of us, and seems like leadership is taking time to accomplish goals, but is not communicating clearly to employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I am not in same boat as everybody else. My knowledge and work is full of specific skills, with no backup, and I am forced many times to work after hours or weekends to catch up. Not even thank you for that, and remeber it is not all in money.
