I have really enjoyed working here with my co workers and clients. I do not dread coming to work every day, I actually enjoy it.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
When I first started I absolutely loved my job and was so happy. When my manager was let go I worked 60 hour weeks and learned everything I could to keep us a float. When we received our new manager things were okay for a short period of time. Now there is so much tension and frustration everyday.

Not enough pay for the amount of work and knowledge I give this company. Made to feel like crap if I need to take a sick day or vacation day. I want to be happy coming in to work and leave the same way. I work hard for you, work hard for me.

we have work potlucks which are fun

There is nothing currently. Everyone has a bad attitude including the manager.

The fact that everybody comes together as one and we all celebrate one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have done so much work going above and beyond with little to no recognition.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together as a team. If someone messes up, we all claim fault for it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about the leadership team is that they are always asking what they can do better.

We do a lot of potlucks which I feel brings us together not just as co workers but as friends
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The raises we receive are a load of crap. You want us to continue to be better and do better but only give us a few cents raise once a year. People are leaving because of that.

I feel very frustrated when someone gets offered a higher position and then it takes months to be able to actually gain the title and compensation when you have been doing the work of that title the whole time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am expected to do anything and everything because I am knowledgeable and can work really fast. I am never praised for doing anything good but if I use my sick time I am told I will be written up.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We have backups for every product however if I am gone for pssl or ppto nobody touches my work so I am expected to complete it when I come back. I am also expected to complete everyones work when they are gone and I do so.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our manager pretends we do not exist unless we do something they do not approve of and then we are reminded about it. The people who are not great at their job are left to do the bare minimum while the people who work so hard are left to pick up all of the slack and are over worked with no help.
