What makes you most happy at work?

Working on something new, creative, or inspirational.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Our hybrid work environment. Our team and the people we have here.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They have such big hearts and personalities, and when we come together, we can accomplish anything. I have invested in my team's culture, and I wish my company had a culture that matched it.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Offer market comparable compensation to retain talent. Our executive leadership can be tone deaf at times, and not be sensitive to fostering diversity and inclusion. Every week we get an announcement of an old white male joining our exec team to take up space, while our teams and product suffocate.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would valued if I made more as a manager than as an individual contributor. There is no incentive to grow in this company at all. There is no reason to stay. I should leave and make more elsewhere. Our benefits have also always been poor other than our Open PTO policy.
