I think MB is a good place to work. There have been many changes lately that makes the environment more stressful than usual. Recent hires from leadership's former employment does give the impression that current long-term staff are now outsiders; so less of "we are a team" feel to certain areas.

I like my job at Ministry Brands; I tend to be an independent worker so remote work suits me best. I do like that there is more flexibility in my work schedule, so I can tend to family matters as needed without stressing about work or scheduling time off so much.

The work load and constant changes in software, management and team members have made my position challenging; I am learning to set boundaries and limits. I do not want to experience burn out. I want Ministry Brands to be a great company, for both customers and team members.

Regular pay and flexible schedules - not a hard 8 to 5.

When I can work efficiently and with little interruption with hardware/software issues.

They are more visible; they do not mix with regular staff very much though.

I work remotely, so my environment isn't really impacted by the company so much.

The leadership team has had significant changes; hoping the new team is eager to listen to team members.

We all get along; very little conflict. People do keep their personal/political opinions out of the workplace.

I like being able to work remotely; I can work without the distraction and noise of a cubicle environment.

Everyone is friendly, respectful and helpful; there aren't any conflicts. We enjoy working together and don't engage in bad habits or behavior.

I liked the sense of community that used to exist; so many staff changes have occurred recent. I do hope things will get back to normal soon.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I look forward to going to work but the use of the word excited seems too extreme. I would have preferred several word options to choose from for this question section.
