Ministry Brands – I really love MB. This year has been hard on a lot of us, and I can't imagine what the C-level leaders have had to go through. The biggest thing we need is: Clarity. There is a lack of vision and clarity that leads people to speculate, which isn't a good place to be. Things are improving, slowly. | Comparably

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The relationships we have, and the potential I see in our future.

What makes you most happy at work?

Closing deals, making money and seeing that we can meet people's needs with our products

What are some of the best things about your team?

My supervisor, John Crowell. The comraderie we have, and how we really want each other to succeed.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

See previous comment. I felt enormous value in my first 10 months here, then Q2-Q3 was a dizzying experience. Decisions about lead flow and quotas were constantly changing with no reason why, but tru-ups made us feel as though we were dispensible.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The giving initiative was a complete debacle this year. We understand. Mistakes happen and no one is perfect. But when the company came back to reps and hit their future commissions my buy-in in our company did a 180. I couldn't I could be praised in one quarter and punished in another.
