Ministry Brands has been great, but there are some issues - it seems there is almost a requirement at least once a year on avg to change health insurance/company, internal tools, company policy, manager hierarchy, the way things work, sometimes but not always for the better for our customers and us.

Fixing something, or, really odd issues that I know I can solve.

They are all quite smart and able to work out new systems and figure out stuff together.

Fairly flexible and able to work remotely for most of us. Doing good for a whole lot of ministries.

They meet more regularly with us, at least direct supervisors. And they know the details of who can do what.

There is some matching for portions you save for the future - and in HSA one may choose all sorts of stocks/investments.

They don't get in the way of doing regular work and projects, and they help to facilitate sometimes when there are issues or more help needed.
