If I was paid fairly/paid according to industry/job standards - if my role was redefined.

I love that the company is faith-based and most everyone I interact with has the same values.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I've been at MB for over 2 years and have not discussed my goals or career path with a leader, nor have been promoted. I would feel better if I was paid accordingly. Although I was told after a year it would be reviewed, industry standard compensation for my position is a higher rate than my pay.
