I love my team and immediate supervisor, and I can't speak for the rest of the company. Once we go through the migration and aren't as siloed in to the different brands, hopefully that'll change. But my management and team are the best experiences that I have.

What makes you most happy at work?
My team and my immediate supervisor. I love that we're not micromanaged and trusted that we'll get our work done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a dedicated hard worker, my team and the brand rely on me for more than just what my job details and I'm happy to do so, but this year especially with the inflation, the raises were a disappointment. MB salaries are 30% under market norm for their positions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my immediate team. We have a cohesive unit that works very well together. We all pitch in and help, have empathy towards one another and work hard to make sure that we're all on the same page with what we're doing. My team and manager are what keep me here.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Salaries. I understand that the money that should have gone to raises went to do employee paid health care. But those employees that didn't utilize health care through MB already and chose not to enroll in the plan that was offered were really let down this year. MB is 30% under norm for salaries
