I love working for a company that is helping churches. I love working with others that want to help each other reach their goals too. It is a great community to work with.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I like working for this company. It does feel like my job is in question at times and I wonder if they will cut what I am working on. It would be nice to know where the company is headed with all departments. Also the vacation days are unlimited but they limit you to 20 days including sick days.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They try to keep the employees informed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way everyone is helpful to get the goals of the company met.

The people I work with are fun to talk to. They are always willing to help.

We all get along great. Everyone works well together and we have fun doing it. Makes it a great place to work.

We work hard to help each other to get our work done. It is great to have someone to bounce ideas off of and to get other perspectives on things.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel we are under paid based on the market out there for my position. Just get us up to what the market is offering others with the same positions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary, which is still low for the market. The 401k match is way to low. Last company matched up to 4% at 1 to 1. I put in 4% the company put in 4%.
