Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I love my job and feel there is an opportunity for me to grow and advance. I just wish that we were quicker to weed out people who hinder the team from being effective. A few bad seeds have completely tanked team morale and it is hard to maintain a sense of community on our team because of it.

If you can deal with the office drama, the benefits are great and can make the job worth it. The training is on the fly and can lack in some areas, so you have to be a very independent person to thrive here. But if you can roll with it, the benefits and flexibility make it worth while.

I enjoy the unlimited PTO. It is helpful when balancing work/home life and for when appointments are needed.

I really enjoy that my manager is personable and seems to care about me as a person outside of work.

I'm having a hard time thinking about the positives when so many negatives have taken place the last few months.

I like my position in the company. I am good at what I do and my clients and I have a great relationship.

Our leadership is relatively approachable. Theyre not always relatable and say some out of touch things, but you can typically get face time with them if you need to

Problem-solving and being able to connect with clients. I really enjoy it when we are able to slow down to connect as an office through potlucks or culture club events.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Our team has grown stronger over the last few months! We have been intentional to take lunches together and interact outside of work. Its nice to finally have friends at work!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I don't make a livable wage. The work that I do make this company a TON of money, but I am literally going days without food to be able to pay bills.

I enjoy that our leadership team is approachable. I feel like I could connect with any one of our leadership members with an issue or for advice and it would be a beneficial connection

I like that we (lower on the org chart) have access to higher up’s and that we see people like Tom and Terri on a fairly regular basis. This gives us time with them if needed, a

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Our department is just so stressed out with the lack of competency right now. I would love to see some house cleaning and some fresh faces that can be trained properly and with the right work atmosphere.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

When the leadership team is in town, most everyone will make sure to stop by and chat with the employees and build on the personal side of things. Its nice to have leadership that wants to be invested.

I like that our leadership team is accessible. I know I can message any one directly and receive a response. I like that when I go to them with issues or concerns, I know I am heard and consideration is given.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The yearly pay increases are laughable at best. The cost of living has skyrocketed and many of us cannot make ends meet on our current wages. This company has the funds and resources to significantly improve the pay scale for so many of us outside of the executive level.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Our benefits do not serve our LGBT employees. Our maternity/parent leave is only available if you birthed or adopted a child. Many LGBT people do not have this option and opt to foster. Our benefits are very discriminatory and only cater to traditional family units. We need to do better.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

A lot of our department is unreliable and does not show up to work consistently. It makes it hard to advance in our work when we are constantly covering for the same people every week. On any given day, our department of about 18 people will have 5-7 people out unexpectedly.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Our dept desperately needs to remove ppl that abuse PTO & dont come to work. Our team has not seen a single day in the last 3 mnths w/ everyone office at the same time. Someone calls out "sick" or no call/no shows every single day. We're drowning in instability. It makes it hard to want to show up.
