I do not interact with anyone outside of our team. I have no input on this.

I don't know any of the leaders in our company and have no interaction with them. I only interact with my manager.

We work hard to make sure each of us are not doing all the work. We balance our work so that the team benefits.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I do not use any of the compensation packages. I do not use the insurance except vision and dental. The 401k is horrible. It hasn't grown any in the past 2 years.
