It would be nice to be paid a livable wage, where I wouldn't have to get a second job or find a new job.

I would like to get paid a livable wage where I do not have to take on a second job or leave this job to find a higher paying position.

If i was able to live off of it without having to work a second job, or look for a new one that will at least pay me enough to cover my rent.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Other companies pay a livibale wage for my position and I do not get paid enough to live on. Getting paid a livable wage would make working here better and I would be able to give this position my full attention if I was.
