spending time with my coworkers that i love. i have made lasting friendships here.

leadership seems to be out of touch with how its employees feel because they either dont know us like they should and dont or just dont care to know who we are

i work with some of the best people. they are the reason i have not left. i have worked in very toxic workplaces and this has not been that way till recentl
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
this place has zero growth potential and the pay and "merit" increase is a joke, family is pushed (we are a family) and it has become toxic. especially when i can plainly see that there are favorites around here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
i hate the term work culture because it feels very culty. if you dont believe what you are told or go along with the "rest of the crew" you ged nothing. we have a team member that is constantly taking off and leaves his team in a lurch but because he gave up half a day on black friday he gets rewa
