What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Flexibility with schedules and open communication

What makes you most happy at work?

Finding solutions for and collaborating with our clients

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Consistent merit increases with excellent performance and the ability to earn commissions on my sales contributions.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Appropriately addressing toxic people-managers so they don't poison the culture of the team they are in charge of leading.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The intentional effort to communicate more often, clearly, and consistently with staff members, which was not always the case in the past.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We are all eager to work together and encourage/support each other and truly enjoy working together and recognize each other's excellence and value brought to the team.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We've drifted away from fostering a culture of doing right by our customers and our employees, and not just benefiting leadership. I don't think that's being taken into consideration as much as it should be by decision makers and it can have a widespread negative effect across the organization.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

This is hard to answer because there has been a drastic shift towards a negative culture this year, and with upper leadership choosing not to address valid concerns in that regard, it seems as though it's being condoned from the top down, even though many people are affected by it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have been told by leaders that I am well compensated and have been given the impression that I don't have any more growth potential with my compensation. However, I'm below market standard so it doesn't seem that our organization is keeping up with current compensation standards for similar roles.

What are some of the best things about your team?

For the most part, we are willing to help and encourage each other and always do the right thing, as well as cling to the remnants of a positive culture that the head of our team is working hard to dismantle. We have a newer team member who is doing some shady stuff but that's the exception.
