It seems like the company prefers to take on new opportunities rather than improve the systems and resources that they have, which is already a crumbling structure. What are some of the best things about your team?

We've been through so much it's harden our bond. We all try to help each other because we understand how overwhelming it can get.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Our team is never recognized and is seen as the most lowest tier you can be at. Other departments rely on us for client retention and for system knowledge.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Actually understand the work we have to do and the knowledge we have to retain in order to keep clients satisfy and to keep clients at all. It's all dumped on us and more is always on the way and is dreaded

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The amount of information and system knowledge (even in third party systems) is too much for what we're getting paid at. And we must have the answers to everyone in a super fast manner. Leadership made the new Improving Business thing that we know cost more money rather than investing in us
